Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

At Fiorio.com, we respect your right to privacy. We use the information we collect about you to provide a personalized shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about special offers that we think you'd appreciate. We will never sell, rent or trade your information.

When registering with Fiorio.com, we will ask for some contact information, such as your name and email address. We will use the customer contact information from the registration form to send you information about our company and some of our new product information/promotions. If you do not wish to receive future mailing, please email us at info@fiorio.com to opt out.

We do not sell your Personal Information to any agencies or companies. Fiorio.com takes reasonable steps to protect our customers' data against unauthorized access using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information.

Security

To check the security of your connection, at our check out area look at the bottom of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."
